A 4-week practice for the anxiety that is not really about the money.
Money anxiety is rarely about the math. Most of the time, even people in stable financial situations carry it — as comparison, as scarcity, as the quiet habit of measuring your worth by your balance. A financial plan helps with the numbers. It does not reach the fear underneath them.
This is a four-week program of contemplative practice for that fear: catching the comparison as it happens, loosening the scarcity grip, and deciding what is enough. It does not give you a budget. It will not tell you what to invest in.

When you think about money this week, where in the body do you feel it. Write one line. Not what you should do. Where it lives.
Journal prompts in Stillee are short on purpose. Three sentences is usually enough. Five is plenty. The point is the look, not the essay.

Is this financial advice?
No. The program does not give financial advice. It supports the emotional and somatic side of money stress, which a financial plan does not address on its own.
Do I need to be in debt for this to be relevant?
No. Many people in stable financial situations carry significant body-level money worry. The program is for that, too.
